PhD position offer by Aarhus University

A PhD position in Systems Biology & Bioinformatics, focusing on the MultiOmic Systems Biology of In Vitro produced cattle Embryos and Calves (MOVEC), has been announced on the University website (link here). The application deadline is Thursday, 15 August 2024.

Project Overview:

The MOVEC project involves bioinformatics and systems biology analyses of data from cattle Artificial Reproductive Technologies (ART), with practical applications in modern dairy herd management. The successful candidate will join the newly established Multiomics, Systems Biology, and Bioinformatics research group at the Institute for Animal & Veterinary Sciences (ANIVET), led by Prof. Haja Kadarmideen. The project utilizes NGS-based epigenomic and transcriptomic profiles of embryos and calves, alongside relevant parameters and phenotypic data.
